To whom it may concern,
[redacted] contacted my office complaining that she thinks she using too much oil,so we sent a service technician to her home to go through her system. He checked her nozzle size, and check for any drafts near the thermostat. We found she has a zone in the...
basement for heat that she was un aware of. We turned down the temputure in the basement since no one is using the basement. Hopefully she should see a reduction in oil usage. We also recommended that she call heap for assistance. As far as price gauging not sure what she means by that. The price of oil flcuates so in december with the 100 gallons the price per gallon was more, and the price of oil in January was less, but she also recieved more than 100 gallons in january she took [email protected]=296.86 with tax. She was charged exactly that. If you have anymore questions please feel free to contact me.Thank-You

Review: According to Jennings & Artwell Fuel Corp, on 12/*/15 I purchased 100 gallons of fuel for $197.00 and then again on 1/*/16, I purchased 169 gallons for 296.00. A red flag went up, I thought the 296.00 billing was way off because I could not have used this much fuel in December, the weather was very warm. This company should be investigated for price gauging.Desired Settlement: This business should be investigated for price gauging customers. My desire is a billing adjustment or refund for overcharging.
