I am rejecting this response because:Whoever wrote this response has been misinformed about the events that took place. I did NOT understand what vehicle I was buying. Apparently Jennings Anderson Ford's own sales staff didn't either. I clearly asked the sales manager if I was buying "the same truck, except in black" that I had just test drove minutes earlier. He said "YES" except it was an Eco-boost engine. I said that would be fine. It was then that the salesman, Mr. [redacted] asked if I at least wanted to test drive an Eco-boost before going back to the finance department. Why, would the salesman ask me to test drive an Eco-boost if he KNEW that I wasn't buying one. Additionally, I never came back to the dealer to complain about the payment amount. I went to the dealer to complain they they didn't sell me the truck that we verbally agreed on. It was later  that the sales manager told me that I was basically stuck with the truck unless I paid several thousand more dollars in taxes and titling fees.. Not to mention I was now upside down on the truck since I drove it off the lot. I would have been fine just paying the extra couple thousand dollars to get the truck with the engine that they promised me. Instead, they want me to pay for their mistake. This is the most immoral and dishonest thing I have ever heard of from a business that claims to take great pride in taking care of their customers.

Jennings Anderson Ford takes great pride in providing outstanding customer service by working with customers to find the vehicle of their choice.  Our sales manager located a vehicle at another dealership that Mr. [redacted] wanted to buy.  Before we agreed to buy and transfer the vehicle...

into Jennings Anderson Ford's inventory, the window sticker was reviewed with Mr. [redacted].  Mr. [redacted] reviewed the window sticker so that he understood how the truck was equipped and signed the window sticker. There was no mention that he did not want this vehicle.  He did return a few days later, after the sale, with concerns about the payment amount.  This was only brought up after the fact.
