This complaint for Jennings Car Center is not resolved. I don't recall being asked for feedback but here it is...they have still not repaired what they damaged. Need action to resolve and business should repair what they broke on my car.

On July 21, 2015 we preformed an oil service on Ms. [redacted]'s 2009 [redacted]. As with all vehicles we service, we put the drivers window down. We have experienced automatic door locks locking us out vehicles in the past, which is why we now put the drivers window down first. Once we have completed our services, we then close to the drivers window. Ms. [redacted]'s electric window did not work ( would not go back up). When Ms. [redacted] arrived to pick up her vehicle, we asked if she knew her driver's window had a issue. She claimed she did not. Although my employee apologized for her situation, he was absolutely not responsible for it. He was simply being respectful and courteous, and he was able to bypass the switch and close the window. The opening and closing of a window is normal procedure , and it is my belief the window switch failed under normal wear. The vehicle is, after all, six years old with 76, 936 miles on it. Ms. [redacted] came to us a second time. She "forgot" about her window issue and rolled it down but could not get back up. The same employee bypassed the switch for her once again.. free of charge. it wasn't until after her second visit, she decided to call me with a complaint. Because I care about customer satisfaction and my company's well known reputation, I did offer to split the charges with Ms. [redacted] ( if she chose to have the switched fixed). I thought my offer was more than fair, but she refused.
