Please note that Jennings Chevrolet is the only business for which I have ever written a negative review. I bought a brand new, never been driven car, that began falling apart from week three. The car was defective, and no one was willing to admit and address the problem. I was charged sky high prices for everything from engine, brakes, serpentine belt, spark plugs, oil tank, etc. Last week the car completely broke down in the middle of the street, and emitted noxious fumes. The car is only 4 years old, and is well maintained by me (oil changed every 3000 miles, tires rotated, etc.). It has been in the shop for 1 week at this time. The service managers are very inappropriate and down right rude. Customer service is unacceptable (there is no customer "service"). I asked for a replacement car (same make and model, same year, comparable mileage--do not care about color at this point) because the car is clearly defective. I was told that I was probably running over things. I am disgusted with Jennings, and will never do business with them again. I do not want anyone to have to go through what I have experienced during this 4 + year nightmare.
