Jennings Construction was hired to build my house. The work was of poor quality; framing and foundation problems. Many of my cabinets have multiple holes in them from being put in the wrong place. Cabinet drawers that hit the wall when they are opened. Floors rippled from underpayment problems. Trim work not nailed to the wall. Warranty work not repaired. Ignores phone calls and text messages. House was to be completed in six months, it took six weeks longer and we moved in to unfinished work that took another month and a half to do. We had to pay for several repairs.

This is the second time I have had *** come to repair or service my garage doorHe is outstanding and will personally ask for him when I need help with my garage door in the future

I called, they came and gave me an estimate of $585.84 for the service, I declined their service and called another company that quoted me $625.00 , and again I declined service. I finally found the Wayne Dalton site and requested service. They responded and quoted me much less than 1/3 of the estimates of the others. I got the service that included the spring change out, lubricated all moving parts, adjusted my door opener, mechanically aligned the wheel rails, tightened all nuts and bolts. We needed a two step process. [redacted] realigned the garage door and replaced bent parts. He found the motor needed replacing and two days later, [redacted] expertly installed the new motor, rail, sensors and remotes. He re-programmed our car and did a great job. On time and for the quoted price. New opener is so quiet! Very satisfied!

We have received excellent service from Wayne Dalton Company ([redacted]) and are very happy with the price, speed and efficiency they have shown in taking care of any issues with our older garage door over the years.

My experience with the guys at Wayne Dalton Doors was refreshing and comforting. Over the years I have had many problems with garage door companies but for now on Wayne Dalton doors will be the only people I deal with. They are on time, their service and products were reasonable price and they understood my concern with safety. In the past I have had garage doors open on their own because of a short in the system, and then getting someone to fix it was a nightmare. A week or so after I had the new garage door opener installed, the spring for the garage door opener broke. This was installed by another company which I did not bother to call. The guys at WD doors came out that afternoon, measured it and I got the new spring installed the next day. They are the best!!

Review: [redacted] doing business as Jennings Construction, contracted to perform remodeling work at my commercial property located at 128 N. Washington St. in Butler, PA. [redacted] began renovating the apartment at this property on or about April 1, 2014. He promised to have the project completed by the end of April so that I could lease the apartment. Jennings Construction did not complete the project by the agreed upon date and has not done any work since May 27, when all tools and equipment were removed from the building. Two punch lists for work remaining to be completed by Jennings on the property were provided to Jennings Construction on March 19 and May 14. These items remain incomplete and numerous attempts have been made to communicate with [redacted] about the status of these projects; however, he does not return my calls or emails.Desired Settlement: Contact me to propose a date and location where we can meet and negotiate a settlement. I am claiming damages of $1400 for lost rental income on the apartment for May and June. Return the key to the property.
