March 27, Mr [redacted] received a tune up on his lawn-boy mower which consists of oil change, filter, spark plug, carburetor work, sharp and balance the blade and warranty our work for daysThe work in which Mr [redacted] speaks on the "self propel" is NOT apart of our tuneup services..When the mower was placed in the shop a $deposit was collected which was applied toward the repairs with a remaining balance of $If Mr [redacted] had requested we check out his drive the deposit would have been $45.00, we charge an additional $for drive work, therefore we cannot warranty something in which we did NOT repair.nor were we given authorization to inspect for any repairs to the drive system
