The Customer purchased the UD commercial delivery truck November [redacted] He brought it in on and left it for warranty repair, and I gave him a ride to the train station so he could get home We performed the repairs under warranty and he picked it up a on the *** of December The customer called on stating that to me that he had returned the truck times for repair and that it was a "lemon" and wanted to be refunded for his purchase I told him I would repair it under warranty or maybe trade it for something else depending on what my service personnel determined (was he really here times for the same problem?) The customer stated he was not interested in a repair or trade as he found a different vehicle he wanted to purchase The vehicle is a used commercial truck that the customer purchased and registered in NJ 7% NJ sales tax was paid and there is a finance contractMy used truck warranty is that I will repair the truck within days of purchase The customer incorrectly stated that the truck was here times for repair, it was only here onceThe customer has proceeded to make disparaging remarks against me in what I must assume is an attempt to pressure me to buy his truck back As I have indicated to the customer and reiterated here I can not refund his purchase but I will gladly repair the truck at my own expense or possibly trade it for another vehicle in my inventory First the customer must remove the disparaging comments from the internet as they are not factually correct and in fact may warrant legal action if not removedWilliam R***Jim Reed's Truck Sales, Inc[redacted] ***

I just Spoke at length with [redacted] and suggested she call Mitsubishi Fuso Truck customer service directly and ask for their assistance with this vehicle as we don’t make the trucks we just sell them We have the vehicle in our shop and are currently waiting for parts & guidance from the manufacturer on how they wish to proceedThis is a two year old vehicle under factory warranty and we have to follow their directives on service procedures We have been picking up and delivering their truck to them as necessary in an effort to resolve their problem with a minimum of inconvenience For the record I never hung up on anyoneIt is the service manager’s job to report the status of a truck in service so I directed [redacted] to call the service manager for an update We will continue to help [redacted] & [redacted] with their dump truck in any way possible Bill R [redacted] Jim Reed's Truck Sales, Inc###-###-#### phone [redacted] email [redacted]
