Review: I have two main problems with this company. To begin with I paid them to install a new refrigerator door on my basement walk in fridge in February and they have still not done the job. I have contacted them multiple times a day for the past several months, but they simply ignore my phone calls, emails and text messages. In addition, I also hired them to service my Ansul system and have it inspected by FDNY. They delayed for over a week to do the work, and then once the work was completed I followed up to make sure that the paperwork was submitted. I was assured that it had been. I checked with the fire department and they informed me that in fact it had not been submitted, and that I had been lied to. I then found out that Jenny services sub-contracts a licensed fire suppression contractor and did not pay them for the documents to be submitted. It then took antoehr week and a half for the papers to finally be submitted, all the while being lied to by [redacted] and delaying my restaurant opening significantly.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund me for all the money that I paid them for reperatation of lost time in addition to finishing the work that they need to do.
