I’m not one to leave reviews or speak bad about anyone, but this situation really changed my mind about leaving a review. I Ordered a rain jacket and it never stated there was a “pre-order”. It’s been a month and a half, order still says “awaiting fulfillment”. I emailed Jenny Kate Boutique simply asking the status and why it is taking so long though their website says orders are shipped and delivered in 3-4 weeks. Whoever emailed me back, I’ve never been talked to in such a rude manner. The attitude, terrible customer service, and STILL not getting my rain jacket in, I will not, nor anyone I know, be shopping with this company again. After I emailed back proof this “pre-order” was never stated, I got an email back telling me the cancellation policy and “not sure how you didn’t see this! It was clearly stated!” (though it was NEVER “clearly” stated anywhere) Very crude and ugly comments were sent to me. I would not suggest ordering from here. Etsy has the same rain jacket for cheaper, and they come in less than 2 weeks. I agree with the review on her already, this is almost a scam.

I’m very pleased overall with the ordering process and customer service.
My daughter purchased a Charles River QZ but filled out the initial part incorrectly.
I noticed it and contacted via email and they responded immediately and corrected the issue.
The product arrived packaged beautifully and the product itself surpassed my expectations. Will definitely be using this Boutique again and will recommend my friends.

One of my favorite Boutiques!
They offer super cute monogrammed items as well as Boutique clothing. My daughters always text me the cloths they want from Instagram posts lol! (Teenagers)
My latest purchase were the new Monogrammed wedges! Super cute and comfortable!

I’ve been shopping with Jenny Kate for years!
I began purchasing with them at Markets and continued when they opened a store.
I love my monograms!
They have always been super helpful when choosing colors and product.
I highly recommend.

This company (if it exists) is almost a scam! My order, submitted to Jenny Kate Monogramming on Nov 10, 2017, was never fulfilled. Request for updates were mostly ignored and when there was a response it mentioned a Preorder (what is that?). Requests for a refund were also ignored until PayPal support got involved. A refund was finally received after the maximum time had expired in Feb 2018. Also note that the Revdex.com rating for this company is F!

AWFUL! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Ordered $85 worth of clothing and never received any of it. It had been 3 months and I emailed them several times and no one ever answered

I haven't had a positive experience with this company. I ordered my sister a pullover for Christmas and it came right before and was great. However, my boyfriend purchased me the same item before I placed the order for my sister, and is still in the awaiting fulfillment phase. He tried contacting them several times and hasn't gotten a single response from them. I had also ordered the duck boots from here, which I had to check in to see when they were going to ship and when I did receive them, they were over 2 sizes too small. There is also no evidence of what size the boots are due to the fact that there is no sizing information anywhere on the boot nor the box. I contacted them wanting to know where to send them back and let them know I wanted a full refund, and once I tried to reason with them they stopped replying to me and blocked me from entering my account. I don't recommend purchasing anything off the website because this company is extremely difficult to contact and unprofessional when it comes to speaking with them.

Regarding a problem that we are having with Jenny Kate Monogramming and Boutique in Horn Lake, Mississippi, during a sale that they were having, I ordered a monogrammed rain jacket. I never noticed an email with an invoice from them until I got an email saying that my invoice was past due, so in an attempt to pay before the due date I paid the invoice of $39.00 as soon as I received that email. I had not realized, however, that I had been sent two different invoices for two different orders. The invoice that I paid was not for my order. When I realized this, I emailed the boutique explaining the situation, and then messaged them as well in an attempt to reach them sooner. After communicating with them, they told me that the problem would be fixed and I would receive the correct rain jacket. I did receive a rain jacket, however, it still had the wrong initials on it. After calling several times and not getting through to anyone, we were able to reach a woman named Beverly who told us to send the wrong jacket back, and in return she would send a corrected jacket to replace the previous one. We mailed the wrong jacket back, and since then it has been near impossible to reach anyone at the business. While workers have answered twice and promised that an owner would call back, we have received no calls back and can't manage to get anyone to talk to us. I have even tried messaging her on Facebook and gotten no response, regardless of the fact that I know they are active on Facebook since they are still advertising about sales in their boutique. My father called a few times this last week and the phone was answered by a young child, and upon the phone being handed to an adult it would be hung up. I am attaching a copy of all of the messages and attempts at communication that I have made with this business.Desired SettlementI'm highly disappointed in my experience with this business and would at least like a refund if that is at all possible.Business Response As stated on ALL invoices that we send out make sure you double check everything before paying after paid that is what we go by ! However we were only contacted about the size of the jacket being wrong from a phone call by the father ! I changed that for him. Never once while speaking with him did he say anything about initials ! I've been in business a total of 6 years and never once had a complaint like this ! Our store # is XXX-XXX-XXXX I've had NO calls ! Once an item is monogrammed we can't take it out or resell that's why it clearly states to double check Everything before you pay! I have attached our Policy clearly stated on each and Every invoice we send out! Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I understand that it should have been my responsibility to check the invoice before paying, however, simply getting the wrong product is not what I have a problem with. After receiving the wrong product, we were told by a woman named Beverly at the number XXX-XXX-XXXX, which is the number listed on the invoice, that if I sent the jacket back it would be fixed and returned. If I would have been told originally by her that there was nothing that could be done, I would have left it at that. Ms. Beverly negated her own policy by telling us to send the wrong jacket back in return for a replacement. Also, before ever receiving a jacket, I clearly explained the situation in a message on Facebook messenger and was told that it was going to be checked into, and then I was not contacted again until after we began making phone calls to the number on the invoice. In one of the phone calls that was answered, we were told that the jackets had not been made yet and the problem could still be corrected. I now have no jacket at all, since I sent mine back to the boutique, and a wasted $39.00 that I got nothing in return for. If I would have known that I was going to be left with nothing, I would have never sent the wrong jacket back in the first place. At this point, I would be thrilled to have the wrong jacket back! While I don't have the phone call recorded, I am almost certain that initials were discussed in the call, since afterwards I received a message on Facebook asking what color monogramming I had wanted again. My father definitely recalls discussing the initials with Ms. Beverly in the same phone call where she told him to send the jacket back, since that was the issue that we had with the jacket in the first place. In regards to the calls, we have called the number that is on the invoice many times, and many times we have reached a voicemail box that refers to the number as being listed under Jenny Kate Monogramming, which is why I assumed that this is the store's number, along with a voicemail box that is full. Yesterday upon calling, someone answered the phone and told us that an owner would call us back, which once again has not happened. Upon this message, we tried calling the XXX-XXX-XXXX number, and received no answer. Upon checking yellow pages.com, there are reviews from people who have had the same exact problem as I have, making it quite surprising that there has never been a complaint like this directed towards your company. With my message, I am attaching a copy of your invoice with the phone number that connects to Jenny Kate's voicemail box, a copy of the yellow page reviews (which also claim that the business has been closed), a copy of the receipt that I received from the post office after mailing my jacket back to the store as I was told to do by Ms. Beverly (who claimed to be one of the owners), and the original documents that I had attached before, which contain the Facebook messages that explain my dilemma with the invoices. Any help in this situation would be greatly appreciated. Final Business Response We do not offer refunds unless it was a mistake made on our part that's what policies are for. As stated above we changed the size per phone call but never once was the initials even brought up during that call.! That is why it plainly ststes t( do not pay invoice if there is any mistakes ! That invoice is how we process orders ! We get hundreds of orders we can't check each and every one or nothing would be processed ! It's the customers responsibility to make sure they are paying the correct invoice ! Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)I accept because it's useless to argue with her, and I know I'm right, regardless. I've sent everything I have to send, she just has to live with the fact that she stole my $40 and the wrong jacket that she sent me by allowing us to send it back and then keeping it. I got nothing out of this but a valuable life lesson that you can't trust everyone to act mature and do the right thing.

I got that same "I've worked here ... years and never had a complaint like that before BS response. I am LIVID. Worst customer service, ever!
