My daughter had a dress that needed to be lengthenedI brought in the dress and Jenny said she could have it done in a weekShe demonstrated to me that the hem can be opened up and rolled outShe also suggested adding a ribbon on the bottom of the dress that matched the color of the ribbon around the waist to increase the lengthI picked up the dress last Thurs July The color of the ribbon she added does not really match the one on the dressShe charged $for the alternationI paid in cashShe didn't offer any receiptMy daughter and family friend were there with me in the storeWe then headed directly to the dry cleaner who pointed out a tear on the material on the back of the dress, where the dress was lengthenedI headed back directly to Jenny's store but it was already closedI went back again today (Mon Jul 6) at 11:15am but the store was still closedThere was a note on the door, with her email address, saying the store was closed for July 3-The regular store hours are 10am-6pmI appreciated the fact that Jenny worked on the dress in a timely fashionHowever, she could have given me the cost ahead of timeShe could have told me the match in color of the ribbon might not be perfect; she could have told me about the tear, and finally, she could have given me a receipt

She also suggested adding a ribbon on the bottom of the dress that matched the color of the ribbon around the waist to increase the length. I picked up the dress last Thurs July 2. The color of the ribbon she added does not really match the one on the dress. She charged $69 for the alternation. I paid in cash. She didn't offer any receipt. My daughter and family friend were there with me in the store. We then headed directly to the dry cleaner who pointed out a tear on the material on the back of the dress, where the dress was lengthened. I headed back directly to Jenny's store but it was already closed. I went back again today (Mon Jul 6) at 11:15am but the store was still closed.
