my policy and all of my competitors policy on offshore trips is to try to rebook the trip in the same year, if at all possible. if not we rebook the following year and flip the customers deposit. I gave rob some dates and he didn't get back to me for over two weeks saying ha can't get his guys back...
this season. I told him our policy. I spoke with rob at length this past staurday october 10th and he is now ok with the policy. he was concerned I would hold some sort of grudge. I assured him that at 60 years old I'm too old for that and when we fish together we're gonna have fun.
