Review: We contracted with Jenny Lehman, Videographer, to provide video coverage of our daughter's wedding and reception on June 23, 2013. We have a signed contract that has been paid in full for these services ($6454, which includes $354 in taxes) and a signed contract promising the finished product within 5-7 months after the event with the caveat that a longer period of time does not void the contract.This is the second time we've used Ms. Lehman's services and although we knew that her artistry took time, we were sufficiently pleased to hire her again.Over 15 months have now passed. We have gotten ZERO response from a series of emails, voice messages, and a letter sent by Certified Mail Return Receipt. In fact, the certified letter was never collected from the post office.We know via [redacted] postings that she remains active as a videographer/photographer.Such silence is unprofessional and unacceptable. If she needed additional time to polish the video, she should have let us know several months ago. In her confirmation of contract cover letter, she wrote: "I promise to take good care of your trust." Clearly that is not the case.Desired Settlement: Our preference is a finished high quality video to be delivered by Dec. 1, 2014 with written communication by October 31, 2014 verifying this deadline.If the raw video files are unusable, per the contract--"In the unlikely event that a problem arises and the Studio is unable to provide any media, all monies paid will be refunded."--we expect a refund and any raw video that exists.
