Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This all is false, I have the walk through paper that shows what was there and what was not thereThis company knows what is true and that they are lyingI was a great tenant for the year that I was in this unitYes the maintenance man would come and fix things but it defiantly would need him to come back because it usually not fixed the first timeThe maintenance man is how I found out about the roaches being in the insulation when he had to come fix the hole in the floor due to rotting underneath the trailerThe cat problem is still there I have spoken to the tents that live there now and they are having the same problemsI have never had any problems with bugs not before I moved there and not afterI asked them to come spray when we moved in the trailer they let me know then they would only come spray twice with in the first two months that we were thereAll of theses things that are being said are very and I do intend to fight this even if we need to be before a judgeI was a very good tent to this rental company I can not believe that they are lying on me like this I was never late in my rent they never had any complaintsThis is considered slander on my name I feelaccusations on my nameI do have a meeting on Monday at 11:amHopefully we can work this out thereIf not I assume we will be in court Regards, [redacted] ***

Hi, this is my response to a Revdex.com complaint filed by [redacted] I am sorry for [redacted] ’s misunderstanding of our approval processIt is true, We do base a large portion of our rental application approvals on previous RENTAL HISTORY from a leasing agency This is done to see if the applicant paid the rent on time and in full, also to see if the applicant damaged the propertyPost housing does not answer these questions for us because the applicant doesn’t pay the rent themselves, it is taken from their housing allowance (BAH) Therefore post housing doesn’t give us a clear idea as to whether or not the applicant will pay the rent on timeSince we do not use post housing as past rental history, we have other criteria we useUnfortunately [redacted] did not meet these requirements We would be glad to reconsider [redacted] ’s application if he can provide us with a verifiable previous rental history from a leasing agency We are here to rent homes and would love to rent to [redacted] provided he meets our requirements Thankyou [redacted]

First let me say that I am sorry that *** *** feels like she was not treated right in her renting experience with usIt is really hard to respond to accusations which are completely in some cases and outright lies in others*** *** was told on March 12th that
she could set an appointment with me to discuss her problem, but she never called back to set the meetingShe says in her complaint that we refused to meet with her, that is a lieThis complaint was filed on March 14th, she did not try to talk to us and the reason is everything in her complaint is wrong and she is doing it to try and get out of paying the money she owes for damages to the homeAs of this time, *** *** has still not met with Clear Creek Rentals.
I looked back through *** *** file to see what work orders and what complaints we received from her while she rented from usThere were a total of work orders that were all taken care ofOut of the orders were caused by *** ***One of them was for a light that did not work, my service tech found a bad light bulbShe also complained about the Dishwasher not working, it turns out she was not letting the washer complete the cycle before unloading it and starting againIts no wonder the dishes were not getting cleanWe did not even charge *** *** for these calls
As far as cats under the house, she never said a word about that problem*** *** lived in the home for a year, and there were roaches in the home when she moved outThe roach problem was caused by *** *** and the way she livesShe did not say one word about the problems listed in the complaint until she moved out and received her cost of damages,very suspect!!
*** *** talks about having proof in writing about what she says, but she does notWe have the move in walk through and the move out walk through and we would be glad to go through with her line by line, but she will have to meet with us.
It is disturbing to me that *** *** has the nerve to complain about us when in fact she was an awful tenantShe did not clean the home, left trash inside the house, piled trash up outside on the curb that blew all over the park and left the home with a big roach problemThe home was damaged from one end to the other and we do expect her to pay for said damages Even though *** *** lied in this complaint, we will still be glad to meet with her to try and make her happy. *** ***

WE at Clear Creek Rentals met with *** *** on 3-24-to discuss her concernsWe were able to alleviate
all her concerns to her satisfaction, at that meetingThank you *** *** for working with us and allowing us to respond
in a way that is beneficial to everyone involved. *** ***
