The buyer purchased the wig from our EBay store She complained that the wig was not full enough and demanded refund We have explained that due to the natural of the item, wigs, we cannot take back the wig and resale to our ill customers She didn't want to hear it and stated that she sent the wig back anyway She also opened a dispute with eBay and eBay has closed the dispute due to the fact taffy she was not complying with the policy We do not accept, open or keep any wigs that are returned due to hygiene and sanitary reason We never offered an exchangeThe buyer is being dishonest for there is no email communication stating that we offered or agree with a return or an exchanges

I had brought a complaint about Jenny's Hair Sense ( JS and Company, Inc) of San DiegoI had written to them and informed them I was escalating the situation to higher levelsOnce I wrote that they wrote back immediately and said they refunded my money via credit card. And apologized. But they only took this action when I had threatened to escalate to legal actionsRegardless the funds were returned to me today. I have asked them to stop sending me promotional emails as I could not locate an unsubscribeAs far as I am concerned this issue is concluded*** ***
