I had a horrible experience with this store; the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced beforeI spent $on hair extensions from this store that was supposed to curl to it's original state after being washed and it didn'tI went back to talk to the owners to get new hair-didn't even want my money back- and they said they couldn't do anything about itThen when I asked for the store's information and the owner's name the owner pointed to the "Ken" on his shirtHis suggestion was to curl my hair myself when I obviously bought the hair so I would have to do thatHe was not apologetic or sympathetic to the fact that I had spend that much money in his store on something that did not work the way I was told it wouldI've never experienced such poor customer like this before in my lifeI went in nicely and simply asked for them to give me extensions that would work how I was told they would in the first placeTheir business needs to be shut down because they clearly only care about taking people's money and not customer satisfactionI would not recommend purchasing anything from this store
