Review: Received a $60 order for scented fragrances that were expired and no good. Jenray website claims effective customer service through its email and telephone lines with any problems.

I was unable to reach anyone at their email address, local telephone number, nor toll free number. No live personnell and no return contacts received from anyone over multiple days.Desired Settlement: Wish to receive an RMA from Jenray as they state is required in advance of any returns.
