You came in on 3/11/14 and placed a queen sleigh bed in layaway. $50.00 was the down payment. You signed and initialed the layaway form. Terms were to make a payment every two weeks. You called and said you were out of town I gave you the benefit of doubt and extended your date for you. Then on 4/30/14 you came in and wanted to cancel the layaway. I explained then if you cancelled the layaway you lose 10% down which is $36.29 and a cancellation fee of $10.00 balance would be given back as a gift certificate which was $3.71. I showed her on the form where this is written. She then walked out of the store.

The store owner is very nice, however, a male employee there is unbelievable. We came in on 8/25/14 and rented a UHaul from this location. Upon returning, the man was extremely rude and condescending to us and made racial comments to our company owner, cussed at him, and threw him out of the store without giving us our receipt or final charges paperwork. We had to call the police and our attorney. Very racist and very unprofessional. He told the cop that he had a bad day and took it out on us. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Do not do business with this hateful bigot!
