The owner called me out of the blue demanding I pay an invoice she never sent me from a service call in October They had installed a tub and drain for me and I called them back out because it wouldn't drainI had no idea I was billed for it as it was to repair work they had doneIf you were to install a drain for someone shouldn't you make sure it actually drains? When I brought up the fact it should have been a free service call, the owner called me a deadbeat and hung up on me

I had a toilet replaced 12/1/16 by Tim My tech, He came in introduced himself he went over the problem verbally and I showed him the bathroom and 1.5 hour later he was done. He was also very helpful .

I called them to come out for a repair and they never bother to call you back. I called 4 times yesterday. No return phone call. I'm done calling.
