My wife and I attempted to call the company several times, and were repeatedly trapped in the maze of their answering serviceWe only spoke to an actual human once, at the beginning of JanuaryWe were assured that the door had been ordered and work would start any day
On January 29, we received a form letter stating that because of large orders and weather and people taking sick days, etc, etc, work had been delayed on several ordersWe were once again assured that work would start soon
I sent a certified letter to the company on February 8, cancelling my order and demanding a r
We signed a contact with Vision Home Improvements in *** West Virginia on April 25, for them to order and install a ***r awningWe gave them a check for the down payment of half the cost and that check was immediately cashed The contract states that VHI had weeks to install the awning, but we have not received it yetOver the past four months I have made many unsuccessful attempts to contact their office, and they did not answer their phone because they have caller ID and could see that it was us calling We callled them from a friends phone and VHI answered on the first ring This happened several timesThey lied to us over and over again about placing the order with ***They told us it's been ordered, but didn't have the manpower to install it That was a lie too! *** has not received payment to date to process our order for the awning
