We signed a contact with Vision Home Improvements in [redacted] West Virginia on April 25, for them to order and install a [redacted] r awningWe gave them a check for the down payment of half the cost and that check was immediately cashed The contract states that VHI had weeks to install the awning, but we have not received it yetOver the past four months I have made many unsuccessful attempts to contact their office, and they did not answer their phone because they have caller ID and could see that it was us calling We callled them from a friends phone and VHI answered on the first ring This happened several timesThey lied to us over and over again about placing the order with [redacted] They told us it's been ordered, but didn't have the manpower to install it That was a lie too!
