I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[This is not truewhen they told me the estimate, I asked them why the estimate is so high for fixing those small issues and did not agree with itthen I was told that it was just estimate, it will be adjusted based on the actual hoursSince I am sure it will take less time and I never used this company before and liked to give it a try, I agreed then to come to fix issues(BTW, this may be their way to trick me to use them)So it is not true that I agreed with the estimate!!! When they came, I did not know they sent two people to work on this project because it does not need two people at allIf you read my previous review, those small issues never need to have two people to work onDuring the conversation with them, I found out that the young guy was there to learn from the another guy, so most of time the young guy was watchingBut in the bill I was still charged with same rate for this guy who was in trainingSince it is training, it is not right to charge customer to pay your training feeJust because the young guy is learning, he did try to fix the bleached spots, but the color he put one was so obvious to see it is difference from carpet color, I had to call the experienced guy back to redo this workSo it is totally ridiculous to charge me $hour rate for hr for this guy who was trained.??????Pay Attention on all reviewsThere was only one review before I posted my reviewSuddenly there were two more posted after I gave it a one starIs it suspicious that this company tried to manipulate the reviews and ratings? It reflects what kind of this company it is.]

Jensen's Carpet Care is an upstanding reputable company in business for plus yearsConcerning the project in question, on 5/4/a lead technician went to evaluate for an estimate prior to the work being doneThe estimate totaling $was received and approved by our client on 5/5/
Two Technicians came to provide the services, one completed the dcarpet repairs and then assisted the lead technician that was doing the carpet stretching and insert repairsIt took approximately two hours to complete the workBecause the project did not take as long as expected the charges were reduced accordinglyOn 6/2/when the client called to dispute the invoice, the amounts were explained, however to accommodate and provide a compromise an additional 10% deduction was agreed uponWe understand his concerns but feel that we have been honest, fair and upfront with this client.Thank You, Joel ***
