They came out and detailed of my vehicles yesterdayThey did a fantastic job, even cleaned in places I never thought of! My cars look like they just came out of the dealership again

*** ***, you did such an incredible job that I wanted to share with other potential clients how great you are! *** is reliable, and extremely hard workingHe didn't cut any corners, he took his time and don't let me fail to mention that he is NOT paid by the hour! Great guy, and great workMy car has never looked better and his rates are better than anyone else in townI will definitely be a repeat customer and refer him out to my friends and family

This company advertises services on groupon and than won't set up an appointment to do the workHe keeps giving the run around that he will fall later and never does He claims you didn't buy the services from him , but from groupon and deal with themHe is a big con artist and scammerHe has tons of bad reviews online of doing the same thingPoor quality, poor customer service and poor communicationThis company should be shut down asap

My wife took our Dodge Ram to this company to have it detailed (under hood steam cleaning, interior carpet shampoo and exterior wax)She picked up the vehicle and it looked a little different, but it was far from being detailedSome examples are , the motor is still grimy with heavy shiny stuff sprayed all over it , the carpets still look the same even though they were wet and the exterior body was not waxed ,maybe washed? So, my wife called the guy (also the owner of the business) , and he said "that it is an older truck and that is just how it is''My wife asked for at least a partial refund, and he said no your just going to have to live with itIt is clear that this guy is a scam artist, only interested in the one time jobsEven though we had a groupon it still was a $out of pocket cost for us The bottom line is, this guy did not provide us the service he advertised or agreed to do

I bought this groupon thinking that it would be an easy way to get my car detailedI'm on the run and work between offices so I scheduled a time for them to come outThey arrived min lateI was advised that the appointment would take an hour and a half (I only had min ) so they did the exterior and we rescheduled for the interior
This morning, they showed up min late again without apologyHe demanded $for gas which he stated was in the fine print, though he couldn't show me whereHe yelled at me as he left stating, "keep the moneyThe job is done that's all I care about."
