I have been a customer for ten years and have a professional and pleasant relationship with on-site management and staffHowever, the staff and current management at the Jenuwen office that handles billing and customer service is rude, disingenuous, and condescendingI have been blocked from speaking to any other management personnelThis is absolutely absurd, I pay my bill automatically and have been a great customer for ten yearsAs it stands currently, I will have to have my attorney write Jenuwen, in order to communicate on a legal and professional level with Jenuwen or simply take my business elsewhereShame on you Jenuwenthis is not how you treat people or do business

However, the staff and current management at the Jenuwen office that handles billing and customer service is rude, disingenuous, and condescending. I have been blocked from speaking to any other management personnel.
This is absolutely absurd, I pay my bill automatically and have been a great customer for ten years.
