After 20 plus years in our home, my husband and I decided to replace our wooden windows with more energy efficient windows and chose Pioneer to do the work primarily because they offered a "lifetime guarantee" on the product. The windows we had were double pane and none were leaking or cloudy but the decision was for energy efficiency.
After a few years, the new windows started to fail one by one clouding up and becoming unsightly. PIoneer told us the window company who provided the product went bankrupt and the company who bought them did not honor the warranty though Pioneer elected to continue to do business with them.
I've replaced two and two more are clouding apparently this was a bad batch the only thing Pioneer is willing to do is sell me more windows from the same company at "cost" plus installation costs or I am welcome to go to their show room and pick them up and attempt to install them myself. Not at all what I expected from this company.
I would not recommend this 'no customer service' company to anyone.
