As a Board Member I want to applaud JEPS for the outstanding work being accomplished in our Development. The Owner Jose and his crews have been working round the clock to being out community back to where it should be. The irrigation is being updated and repaired where it was not previously working, broken heads, pipes not connected correctly and numerous deficiencies. The lawns are beginning to look green again and this Company has performed well beyond expectations. As a Board we give this Company a 5 STAR rating.

Jep's Lawn Care always does a fantastic job at M property. Jose and his crew pays attention to detail and has made our grounds absolutely beautiful. Our lawn areas need to make a positive impression on visitors to our community, and the crew goes above and beyond to make that happen. JEPS does a excellent job with our weekly mowing as well as additional services like tree trimming, land clearing, irrigation, etc. They are very easy to work with - Jose takes the time to walk the property with management and communicate any issues he is noticing on our property. Payment processing and proposal requesting is very easy and there is always a quick response. Thank you Jeps!

Terrible.
Tried to set up my account on autopay for over ONE YEAR! Never happened. Completely incompetent. Guys that cut the grass actually pretty good. Accounting and paperwork billing. Absolute train wreck. Look for services elsewhere! You've been warned!! Difficult Difficult Difficult.

You will be hard pressed to find another commercial landscaping company with a commitment to service and excellence like Jep's Lawn Care & Landscaping. Jose always makes himself available to personally walk the property with me to talk about areas of concern or any improvements that are needed. The team of Jep's Lawn Care & Landscaping are professionally dressed and has immediate response times to my requests. They have helped not only with our landscaping needs but our irrigation as well. We have contracted JEP's Lawn Care Corp for several years.
JEP'S Lawn Care is responsible for our Communities lawn maintenance which includes lawn cutting, fertilization, weed control, sprinkler repair, mulch, tree and plants to name a few.
