I do not like the service that I received when I rented an inflatable from this company. They arrived extremely late (4 hours to be exact) and the inflatable was foul smelling. I called the owner on that day and he said to call him back the next day after 3pm. The next day they came to pick it up out my yard but told me that I need to keep it blown up for 24 hours to get the rain out. I refused and they just left it.

Review: I paid for a service that I did not receive and I am displeased with the customer service and professionalism of this company. On July 4, 2015 I ordered an obstacle course inflatable from this organization. The day of the event, I missed a few calls from the delivery driver because I did not have my phone. When I got back to it, I saw 4 missed calls from a number I did not know and there was no message. I called the number back and the driver asked if I stilled wanted it because it was supposed to rain. I stated "yes". During this call, he never stated that he was on the way there or what time he was coming. Around 2:20pm, I received another call from him stating that he was at the park and it look like it was going to rain. I told him that I was not on that side of town and he informed me that he will stick around for about 10 minutes and during this call, I told him where we was in the park. He stated that he saw the shelter. About 2:30pm, I got a call from my mother asking me where I wanted the inflatable set up and I told her where. Even though someone was there, he never called me back to ask me anything else about the set-up. I arrived about 10 minutes after that and it was not set up. She stated that he was going over Northside and he will be back. My rental time started at 4pm and by 4:50pm he still was not back. I called his number twice, with no answer, before calling his boss. At 5:11pm is when he called back to say he was on the way. Around 6pm, it started raining and I never received another call from him or anyone else. I called the owner on 7/8 and we chatted and we back tracked over the events for Saturday. He stated his driver or my mom did not know where it was supposed to be set-up evne though I told him and my mom when she called me while he was there. He basically went back and forth with me, never apologizing for the poor service not once. He did not offer me any solution to my problem except he would call on Thursday 7/9/2015 and he did not.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of all $400.00. I should have not have to pay for a service that I did not receive when the driver left the park and never returned. Even after he said, he was on the way back, it was still late.
