Review: I purchase a living room set from [redacted] June 2012 and the day after delivery someone from [redacted] had to come and repair the recliner on my living room set. A couple of months went by and the same thing happen again the leather on the chair is pilling and the back of the chair is not level. I spoke to someone [redacted] and [redacted] with [redacted] and for over 8 months someone was coming out to repair my living room set but as of today I still getting the run around. I spoke to [redacted] two weeks ago and she inform me to send her pictures of my living room set and she will send them to company becuase they may exchange the love set for me so I text her my pictures two weeks ago and I confirm with her that she receive the text which I discovered the pictures never went through on my cell phone. Can someone please help me. This is my second set I purchase with them and the first time I thought I had just made a bad choice but a similiar thing happen with my prior living room set. I would like a refund.
