this man didn,t say anything to me. and didn,t try. Thank you

Hi again,The lady is saying that we "didn't say anything to her and didn't try" those are her words. This is completely untrue. Our company takes customer service very seriously and we truly do our best to keep customers happy. All you need to do is send someone in here pretending to be a customer and you will see what kind of customer service we give. We tried to explain to her , but she was not interested and just wanted to leave. So we let her leave. There is no point in arguing with a customer who does not want to hear what you have to tell them. We were very polite and tried to explain to her but she was not interested in listening to what we had to say. All she did was blame us for something that we did not do. I understand that she wants someone else to pay for the leak in her radiator, but it had nothing to do with the service that we performed on her car and in fact the part that we replaced was not even anywhere near the radiator. I am sorry that she has a hole in her radiator, but blaming us is just not fair. If it had been something that was even a possibility of being our fault, we would not hesitate to fix her problem. But I cannot take responsibility for a problem that we did not cause. This would open a door for people to come in here and take advantage of our honesty. Thank you for your time,Natalie

Hi Miriam, I received your letter regarding the complaint against my company and I wanted to respond to the complaint. Firstly let me start with saying that I know exactly the customer as her attitude left a bad taste in my mouth. Let me start by saying that the customers car already has 150...

000 miles on it and naturally with that amount of miles, maintenance is always needed. She asked for a quote via a friend, to have the motor mounts replaced. I gave a written estimate to her friend and she showed up a few days later. She approved and we went ahead and replaced the motor mounts. All motor mounts are not near where the radiator is leaking, at the top right. We did not break the radiator when we fixed her car.  The fact that her radiator started leaking after her visit to our shop is indeed an unfortunate coincidence but was not due to any work that we did on her car. Again, this vehicle is in a very bad shape, it has many more leaks and problems, this lady just wants free work. We did try to speak to the lady and come up with a solution to her problem. She was very negative and did not allow me to show her all the work that her car needed. I even tried to show her just how far away the motor mount is from the radiator and she did not want to look. We take our customer service very seriously here at Jerl's as you can see from the good reviews that we get on, to name a few, yelp and google. Some people are impossible to please and this woman seemed like one of those types of people. I am sorry that she is having to deal with a radiator leak, but I can assure you that it did not happen at our shop.
