Per our recent conversation (9.19.17), the following items remain a concern as a resident of The Kirby Building being managed by ***:
Since the change in management of The Kirby, I have observed that the upkeep of the building as well as the level of service has decreased in quality
Some of the immediate concerns regarding the building in general include:
' There is a foul odor which is sometimes masked by the marijuana scent which is pervasive through the halls and carries over into my unit
' There are dogs which howl continuously for hours at a time, which makes it difficult to get work done or even to sleep The directive has been to contact the police The police have advised that I must hold my complex accountable for the disruption
' Dog owners allow their pets to urinate and poop inside the building and immediately outside the building without cleaning up behind their dog
' Loud music is played continuously after hours and parties occur
