Review: The dentist office has hired a service provider to review their historical accounts, which has raised inaccuracies in their billings over the years. They have now started to actively recoup funds for which they originally failed to bill. While I don't have any specific issue paying a valid bill that includes an appropriate level of supporting documentation, they are unwilling to substantiate the funds they are trying to collect.
