I am rejecting this response because:
Any deliveries that would have been made in the past have absolutely no bearing on the presentYou can not tell someone you put oil in their tank WITHOUT their permission and expect them to pay for itI have records from the oil supplier we have been using with service and fuel deliveries listed(attached)Apparently if we have not done business with Rhoads Energy since it could be because they don't treat people properlyWe are very happy with whom we are using and no reason we would even want to deal with RhoadsIf we received oil on 11/5/from our company why would we even want to have a delivery days later????? As far as any conversations go I was receiving harrassing calls so much that I had to block their number because they kept threatening me with sending me into collections and ruining my ***I have been telling them since that we DO NOT NOR EVER WANT TO DEAL WITH RHOADS ENERGY. People change companies all the time that they deal with probably because of bad service and the fact that we haven't called them in all this time (since 2009) and now being should be a good indication that we don't want to do business with themThey made a mistake and if companies go around making deliveries that are not scheduled or wanted and then expect people to pay that is not right!!!!! Their driver left a copy of the attached bill next door to where we live and *** *** assumed they meant it for us, however, neither them or us requested a delivery

These people are the nicest people in the world and will bend over backward to help. Unfortunately, everything I've had done has needed a followup. First year they cleaned our furnace, we had to call them for a technician twice because the furnace kept turning off (something hadn't be realigned correctly). Second year, when they flushed the system, the furnace broke. The reason it broke was not their fault, but they had known about the problem from the initial inspection and didn't bother to explain it to us. To their credit, they were at our house in 45 minutes and we had a new furnace in five days (they even squeezed a two day job into one day due to the cold weather). They automatically renewed the service plan without any prior notification. As I hadn't planned on renewing (since the furnace was new), I was a little miffed. The latest incident was I had called to change my credit card information for the automatic payments after receiving a new card with the chip in it, I realize two months later that they never continued making the budget payments. Sure, their could have been a wrong number somewhere, but why wasn't I notified that there was a problem? No email, no call, nothing! Needless to say, I don't plan to renew with them.

For
clarification, the delivery that is currently in dispute is from November 2012,
not February 2010 as reference in [redacted] response. Rhoads does have necessary documentation for previous deliveries made to [redacted] residence at [redacted] and at which [redacted] paid for.
Rhoads
admits the delivery on November 21, 2012 was made to the wrong address;
however, Rhoads has documented proof of discussions with [redacted] regarding
a commitment to making payments on this delivery.  In previous
communications, [redacted] acknowledged she received the delivery on November
21, 2012.  Rhoads had made efforts to provide longer than normal repayment
terms, giving [redacted] through February of 2013 to pay for the delivery that was made in error.
Rhoads
had previously communicated in 2012 a willingness to adjust the delivery price from
$3.899 to $3.439.  This would result in a reduction of $55.75 to the
current amount owed by [redacted].  Rhoads is willing to make this
adjustment to the current balance due.
If [redacted] is unwilling to pay for this delivery, additional legal action
unfortunately may be required via the collection agency that is currently handling this account for Rhoads. This response will be the final response from Rhoads at this time.
