MrSmyser has done multiple projects to my house most recently remodeling one of our kids bedrooms and a bathroomEvery time he has set foot in our house we have been ecstatic with the outcome of the workHe and his crew pay special attention to detail and they are able to do good quality work in a quick time period

Jerome Smyser completed approx20k of rehab work to our home, all was great until finishing the projectI contracted and paid MrSmyser for all work including purchasing/installing drywall in our basement, run of HVAC and a bathroom exhaust vent that was not completed
at first MrSmyser was sympathetic and promised to complete the workHowever as weeks went by no work was done delaying completion of my homeMrSmyser then suggested the work was too expensive; and I found an alternate contractor that was approved by MrSmyser and the work was complete....he ask me to pay the contractors for the work that he had ALREADY been paid for and he would reimburse meWe discussed repayment several times and was promised on 10/or 10/I would be repaid....he now is not accepting calls or text
