I have reviewed the response made by [redacted] in reference to her complaint to our storeID:# [redacted] I have already provide you with all the information we got and the policy of the store and I strongly feel that this problem it hasn't been moving forward in any way we have already made the statement of what actually happened but she's giving another statement for the reason that she wants her money back and that's something we can't provide because as it says in the policy after days pass we can't do nothing else and we have prove that her phone was exchange a couple of time already.I apologize for any inconvenience

this is what happened She bought the phone and came back days after to exchange the phone because supposedly had a problem and we did the exchange although the phone was fine after we exchanged the first phone she came back days after the first exchange to exchange the phone again we again exchange the phone but than within more days she came back that she wanted to do a trade in wish we don't do we explained her the store policy and how we had exchange the phone a few times already without the phone having any damage or problems to be exchange than she got alarming and very disrespectful and rude so my manager call the police on her once the police arrived we explained the issue the police ask for the policy of the store wish I send you and told her that there was nothing to do because she was wrong and we had told her the policy and it was already in the recipe than the police scored her out the store
