The King of Solar Screens installed 21 screens at my town home. [redacted], the owner, said they would install cross bars on my screens for no extra cost. He installed cross bars on the screens on the back of the house, but not on the side screens. I talked to him and he said he would put the bars on by the end of the week and repair my screen doors that he put solar screens on. The screen doors would not local anymore. [redacted] also said he would put a solar screen on my office window. He never showed up. I called him and he told me the rain put him behind and he would make it out in the next couple of days, again he did not show up. I called and he said he was sorry for not making it and we made an appointment for Wednesday May 20th. He did not show up. I called several times on Thursday and he never answered and returned my call that afternoon. [redacted] said, "Do you expect me to come out to your house for one screen." I said, "yes and put the cross bars on the side windows." [redacted] said, " I can't break away for just one screen. You can find someone else to do the job. If it was more screens I would be there to complete then job, but I can't do just one screen." I told him that I would have to give him a bad review for not finishing the job. He said, "I will come after you with my attorney and sue you for slander. I will come after you with my guns a blazing."
I guess small jobs and customer service are not important to the King of Solar Screens. Great price but very poor customer service. My guess is that only large jobs are worth [redacted]'s trouble and customer service is not.
