Review: Jerrell's did landscaping and hardscaping for my husband and I a few years ago. We have been having problems ever since with our steps. The problem is the edges of the steps are dropping down. I have placed numerous phone calls and sent emails with pictures, but to date the steps have not been repaired. [redacted] told me that because of the problems we were having, they no longer go over the main step, but in stead take it down and build a main step with the hardscaping. [redacted] has been telling me for the past two years that her husband [redacted] would be out to do the repairs but nothing has been done. My final phone call placed to [redacted] was the week of Sept. 23rd. [redacted] told me that she could not give me a date when the steps could be repaired. I told her that it has been two years and all she does it put me off. I informed her that I was filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. She asked that I not do so and that she would talk with [redacted] and get back to me. She left a voicemail 10 minutes after our conversation assuring me [redacted] would be out that week. No surprise to me, [redacted] did not show and I received no phone call. I had previously received a quite from another company to get a price on repairing the steps. The price I received was $1,800. [redacted] and [redacted] said guarantee their service and product. But it is apparent to me that their guarantees and customer service end when they receive payment. I want to make sure no one else receives the poor customer service we have from [redacted]'s Landscaping.Sincerely,[redacted]Desired Settlement: The main step needs to be taken down and rebuilt prior to winter 2013. If [redacted]'s is not willing to do so, then I am requesting $1,800 so that I may contract someone else to do the work. This amount must be received by Oct. 31st as to have the work done before winter.
