Work performed on Sundays and after hours is considered "emergency service" that is why she told you prices for that. Missy has been handling after hour calls and emergency service for several years for Long's Corporation so I feel that it was a simple mistake. Long's Corporation would be happy to refund you the $89.50 dispatch fee and hope you have better communications with your next plumber.
