After speaking with *** *** WedsMarch 29th. Ackerman Toyota has decided to go ahead and make the repairs to Mr***s Ravat no cost to him. Mr*** understands this is a good will gesture on Ackerman Toyota's part. For the Record, Ackerman
Toyota feels this is a manufacturers issue. An issue that is well known by the manufacturer. Unfortunately because of the age of the vehicle we could get no relief from the manufacturer......We at Ackerman Toyota take peoples opinion of our dealership very seriously which is why feel for the sake of our customer we will make the repairs to Mr***s vehicle
