Toyota feels this is a manufacturers issue. An issue that is well known by the manufacturer. Unfortunately because of the age of the vehicle we could get no relief from the manufacturer......We at Ackerman Toyota take peoples opinion of our dealership very seriously which is why feel for the sake of our customer we will make the repairs to Mr***s vehicle
