Very rude,unprofessional,and UNCARING.Called them on Friday,Dec.16,2016.My heat wasn't working and hadn't been working for a week.Have a new born grandson,year old grandson,and teenage sons,and adults here.They did come for about minutes,but because they couldn't get in touch with the owner of my house(who is a long standing customer with an account with them)they wouldn't do ANYTHING.Told me the part needed was about 200.00.That was our Christmas money,but have to have heat.Asked them to come out and put it in.They did not.We went to Jerry Berrys and they were RUDE.Acted like we didn't have the money.Also,jacked the price up on the part to 350.00.So,thanks to Jerry Berrys Plumbing there will be no Christmas at my house.Not even Christmas dinner..........Also,just found the same part for
