On September 19, 2014 we were called to Ms. [redacted] residence for a noise in the Air Conditioning unit. Service Tech found that the Blower wheel was bad, which we replaced the blower wheel. And checked the operation of...

the unit, we check the temperature difference between the return air and the supply air. Which gives us the 18 to 20 degree temperature difference. This shows us that the unit is properly charged, Which does not require us to hook gages up to the unit. Two months later we received a phone call, Ms. [redacted] told [redacted], Owner that her air conditioner was not operating properly. Mr. [redacted] scheduled an appointment for November 13, 2014. On that afternoon Mr. [redacted] was detained on another job, he called Ms. [redacted] and explained to her that he could still come but that it would be more like 6:30 to 7:00 that evening, she did not want to wait. Mr. [redacted] did reschedule the call for November, 17, 2014. Mr. [redacted] did go to the customer's residence and waited in her driveway for 30 Minutes and did try to call her, but no answer was received. He then had to leave for another appointment after a 30 Minute delay. We feel that we did everything that we were called out to do on this call.
