We worked with [redacted] (he is in La Quinta, CA now) when he prepared plans for a master bathroom addition. Unfortunately, the plans were not exactly as requested and he threw a fit, sent harshly worded emails and voice mail messages after we withheld the final payment until the City signed off on the revised plans (one week later).

He also sent us an email afterward stating: "I only do work for homeowners now. I am retired and on Social Security and have limits on income 1099s from contractors."

Needless to say we have been working with a different architect since then. Think twice before hiring this guy.
