If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Less than zero customer service skills. Obviously incompetent service staff and technicians. Could not identify an obvious leak. When confronted with pictures of the leak and unmistakable noises, the staff still refused to confirm an actual leak and called it "seepage". All of their so called ASE certifications need to be revoked and hopefully they will not miss "leak day" when they attempt to be recertified. Horrible interaction with the entire service team up to and including the manager. After arguing with the service manager and being called incompetent, they unwillingly replaced a few parts under warranty. The vehicle was returned without leaks and is still making the same unusual noises that were part of the original concern. I am highly dissatisfied with the lack of customer service, incompetency of staff, and insulting of my intelligence. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

If your vehicle does not have a recall number or under warranty and you take it in for repair work, it may sit on the lot for weeks. Recall and warranty service has priority. Do not take your vehicle here.
