Dear Ms [redacted] First of all let me apologize for any inconvenience you have had in this matterThe problem arose as a simple clerical error on our part When you purchased the car you paid with a cashier’s check from Chase Bank The person who processed the DMV paperwork mistakenly listed them as the legal ownerUnfortunately we have no way of finding out about our error until either you or the bank contact usOur records show that you left a voicemail on 9/26/ in the afternoon, which was a FridayOn Monday 9/you spoke to our business manager and she got the details of the problemOn 9/our DMV person contacted a person at Chase Bank who processed our request and sent us the title to your vehicleWe received the title on 10/but Chase had listed us as the legal owner; that same day we processed the title removing any lien against the carIt normally takes about two weeks for a title to arrive from DMV so if you do not have it it should arrive any dayI am unsure what might have happened but, I never received your emailHowever, our business manager did receive an email to Mr [redacted] on 9/At that time the problem was well on the way to being resolved so she did not forward it to me (see above)Once again I apologize for the inconvenience [redacted] General Manager

manager and she got the details of the problem. On 9/30 our DMV person
contacted a person at Chase Bank who processed our request and sent us the
title to your vehicle. We received the title on 10/3 but Chase had listed us as
the legal owner; that same day we processed the title removing any lien against
the car. It normally takes about two weeks for a title to arrive from DMV so if you do
not have it it should arrive any day. I am unsure what might have happened but,
I never received your email. However, our business manager did receive an email
to Mr. [redacted] on 9/30. At that time the problem was well on the way to being
resolved so she did not forward it to me (see above). Once again I apologize for
the inconvenience.
