This is a very dishonest business We made a deal on a vehicle and part of the deal was that they were to pay off our trade First they did not even file the paperwork on the deal with the new lender for over weeks Second to date our current loan has still not been paid as it was agreed to in the contract They have severely damaged our credit for no reason but dishonesty and horrible management policies We have been lied to numerous times about all aspects of the agreement and they have broken multiple aspects of the contract These people are not to be trusted under any circumstances

Mr [redacted] was explaned VERY CLEARLY when he took delivery of his vehicle that the dealership will supply him with the title we had in our possession. The title is an ILLINOIS title and he resides in [redacted] We gave him instructions on...
how to have the vehicle transfered into an [redacted] title. The process was delayed a few days becuase there was an unreleased lien still on the title. This was ommited in error. It has since been corrected and this was explained very clearly to Mr [redacted]. Mr [redacted] was very combative each time we spoke with him to get this issue resolved. The same goes for the "sensor" he is referring to. The "sensor" is a low tire pressure warning sensor. The "sensor" came on AFTER he took delivery. It was not on when he took delivery. As we told him, he can have the tire pressure checked at any dealership, repair facility, or gas station. If he would like to drive from Indiana to Illinois to have us check the air in his tire, we will be happy to accommodate his request. Thank you.

he said we don't fix [redacted] here, take it to [redacted] Dealer. Before I drove off the lot, [redacted] said we check all sensors before we put the cars for sale. In regards to the title, I finally received the release, Misrepresentation on Taxes, and other issues are unethical practices, nothing they can do to fix their dishonesty.

Again, we would be happy to "repair" Mr [redacted]'s low tire pressure in his tire. He simply needs to bring the vehicle to our dealership. Or he can go ANYWHERE and add air to the low tire. Also, he never stated ANY of the facts in his original complaint that our salesperson told him that "it would go off in 3 miles" or that we told him "we don't fix [redacted]'s here", those are absurd statements. Mr [redacted] now says the title problem IS FIXED but that we misrepresented taxes, we are unethical, and dishonest. How so? We collected his taxes and paid the state of Indiana. That is unethical? His low tire pressure light came on AFTER he took delivery of the vehicle and we immediately offered to add air to his tire and check the system. Not sure what else we can do. Please let us know how we can resolve this issue.
