My wife and I had the opportunity to meet a really wonderful gentleman this past Saturday while we were shopping for a truckMo Chilton was a joy to work with

they did not do what they said they would do for me when I bought a jeep from them they also did not fixed the problem with jeep have not even called me back about the jeep they are the worst people ive ever met trying to get something fixed do not bye a car from these guys trust me they beat around the bush the jeep is nothing but problems sents I have had it

Bought a gold 2003 dodge 4x4 5.9 Cummins diesel truck from Jerry Hunt late July 2015. Truck was supposed to be a quality truck. Later that evening I heard a clicking sound at rt.front wheel. We jacked it up and found several expensive things wrong. Took it to a friends shop and he found seals leaking, joints on both wheels completely worn out.( I still have the worn parts ). He replaced them. And then we found the reason for these parts being worn. The front axle housing was cracked on the bottom on the passenger side of the differential housing. The axle housing is what supports the weight of the truck. We took it back. They kept it several days saying that they would check it out. I kept checking with them to see how things were going. Twice I was told that they would call me back but they didn't. ( note ) this was not all that was wrong with the truck. A few days later I received a call from the bank where the loan was approved, ( never had that to happen). She asked about my income. I told her the same thing that I told them at Jerry Hunts. She said that she was told something different from Jerry Hunts. She reversed the loan approval! Thank God for watching over me!!! I could be the owner of a Dodge pickup that needs major repair and the first payment had not been made yet. ( note: ) I would not even posted this review if I would not have seen that the 2003 dodge pickup is back on the lot for sale, same price.

I bought my car from Jerry Hunt in June of 2014 had a great buying experience! A month after buying it one of my motor mounts broke, even though it wasn't under warranty anymore they honored it and covered the price. Have not had one issue since. Excellent customer service, and making sure the client is happy. I will return when I buy my next one!

The absolute worst car buying or customer service after the sale experience I have ever had! I drove up from the Charlotte area on 10/31/15 to look at some used trucks that Jerry Hunt had advertised on their website. Upon arriving I was very impressed with the selection to say the least. After wondering around the lot for about 30 minutes looking at various models I was approached by one of their sales team members, Jeff P[redacted]. Jeff was a very nice and down to earth guy that seemed to be almost too genuine to be a used car salesman. We chatted for a bit and ended up test driving a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 4x4. After a pretty lengthy test drive I was pretty certain I had found what I was looking for. Upon arriving back at the lot we proceeded to go inside the main office to begin the paperwork and this is where things began to go backwards. Hayden Hicks is their finance guy who quite frankly is relatively rude and very pushy. I ended up buying the truck anyway despite my gut telling me not to. We negotiated a few items be addressed before I was to pick it up the following day and both Hayden and Jeff agreed. I signed the papers and went on with my day assuming that I had bought a nice truck from a reputable dealer who cared about their product and customers. Boy, I have never been so wrong!
* I wasn't able to pick the truck up until the following Wednesday instead of the promised next day.
*The items that were supposed to be addressed were not so I had to take the truck back for 3 more days.
*I once again had to call multiple times to let them know that the issue still had NOT been addressed. At this time I was advised to take it to my local mechanic to get a quote and they may would allow me to have it repaired locally. Once they found out that my mechanic only does the things the right way and that obviously cost more, they said they would come get the truck and have it repaired for me. That was almost two weeks ago and they still have the truck! I have been given 2 dates of completion so far and neither has happened. I was just given a 3rd this morning and I have no faith that it will happen either. Not to mention I really have no idea what was actually done to my truck, who done it, what kind of parts were used etc.
*I had to call 7 times, talk to 5 different people to get my license plate as the temporary plate they issued had expired. They finally told me they mailed the tag and it mysetriously showed up the mailbox the day they picked my truck up. The envelope had no postmarks or any other signs of it actually being processed in the mail. Point being, they lied about mailing the tag and attempted to sneak it in the mailbox the day they dropped the truck in hopes that I would never know. That was only 1 of the many lies that I have been told so far!
*As of today I have owned the truck for 41 days, they have had possession of it for 16 of those 41 days and they will have it at least 2 more! Their words "we are helping you out"!
All of this contact that I have had with them has been terrible! They always seem to be too busy to talk to the folks who have already purchased a vehicle as their concern is obviously on the next sale. Their customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced, especially on a $25K purchase! I honestly have had better customer service at McDonald's while only buying a cup of coffee!
I would highly discourage anyone from buying anything from Jerry Hunt Supercenter! This may not be the case on all of their dealings but they seem way to experienced for it to be the first time! Very unhappy customer that will make a point to tell everyone that I know exactly how my buying experience went!

bought a truck by time I drive 10 miles check engine light came on told them they said we will take care of it well 4 days they called its ready well driven home check engine on again so obviosly they inspected it illegal an was clearing the code so I turnd it in I would not recommend them to anyone they are crocks an ive heard they also put fake ages an how long you been working so the bank will give the loan.

WARNING, Do not purchase a veheicle from this dealer. I purchase a 2010 Chevrolet 1500 on July 04,2014 online and had the truck ship to me to California. The truck had a knocking noise in the engine. I call the dealer. Talk with a guy name Arron who directly told me he wasn't paying $4700.00 because he could buy a motor. So I got another quote and it was the same cost. I had it fix anyway. Aaron finally agree to pay the labor 2890.00 a very disrespectful guy to be working for a dealership. I'm stuck with the parts. The vehicle had 128,281 when it was deliver. I put it in the shop 128,506 miles. Do the math. Jerry Hunt Auto sales stuck me with a LEMON. I trusted this dealer as the Home page of the Dealership has on there website. A TRUSTED USED DEALER. Far from that and then at least one of there employers has bad PR skills with there customers. The sales Rep who sold me the truck no longer is employee there anymore and that person was very nice but the other guy who deals with the problems of the Lemon stock, very disrespectful. If I can put an -1 million for a review. I would. You have been WARN.

I purchased a car from Jerry Hunt a little over a year ago and have had issues with it since day one. I ran out of fuel bringing it home, they wouldn't even fill up the tank for me. Oil leaks, broken door handles, cheaply repaired visors, they scratched my car fixing the gas lid. Fuel pump and transmission have went out. Changed the battery a little over a month after purchasing. Almost $4,000 of repairs out of my pocket and they would not help me to trade in for a more reliable vehicle. This is especially disappointing after my family has purchased cars from them in the past. We have all learned a lesson. What a let down. I know they could have helped me out, they just didn't want to deal with it. I am stuck paying for a car that isn't even running. It has been fun spending a lot of time on the side of the road. Thanks Jerry Hunt!
