Per the customer's request, we mailed a refund check for $on August The check amount reflected a $service charge for cancellation that was added by the insurance providerWe apologize for the delay in sending the check and any miscommunication during the buying processWe met with our staff to review the situation and have made adjustments to avoid possible issues in the future

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:There was a 100% refund guarantee on the Gap Insurance at time of purchase. I was never told about a service charge from any insurance company until the second time I resent the request. Also the refund I received was from Jerry Hunt SuperCenter, not an insurance company. I believe I am due the full refund as stated at time of purchase. Also I had to wait an extremely long time for the check after several attempts by me. I believe they have done this in the past and expected to keep the cancellation fee

I am rejecting this response because: I tried to call you today and settle over phone so here's what I want to say Jamie personally told me him self that all he puts in vehicles are luk clutches and the clutch that is currently in my jeep is already sounding like crap if I press the clutch in the noise stopsSo I still feel like the clutch that was put in this jeep was the cheapest one found which is obviously covered up with random numbers in front of it so I couldn't tell what clutch it wasI would like this resolved soonI'm more than willing to come to a conclusion but after being told " I don't care if you call Revdex.com" really shows how much customers are cared about now if you'd like to contact me via cell phone I'll be glad to talk to youHonestly I'll come up there you Jamie and Aaron and my self can sit down and talk this overAaron was a complete jerk about the whole situationHowever I would love to come to a agreement with you Mr.HuntGive me a call to settle this please thank you
