I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as they follow through with their promise to move the unit. We have been told that the last couple of summers. We will also be on the look out for the replacement filters, we had not heard from anyone from the company about sending us new filters.

We have been in contact with customer in regards to resolving this complaint. Filters were shipped, unfortunately the supply house shipped the wrong ones and we are shipping the correct filters. When the weather is a little warmer we will be able to address the issue of blocking the water...
