All Pro A/C was never contacted directly after the intial call Once we were contacted directly I personally went there and found the problem and fixed it at no chargeI found out they called the technician directly to fix systemAll Pro never received a payment nor did we deposit any payment from customerI was very nice not to charge to fix, if we were called directly this would never have happenedI would have been willing to work something out with customer had they called office directlyAll Pro A/C was unaware that there was a problem a week after 1st call
