[redacted]/TUC/TRULYNOLEN09/28/16 06:10 PMI had a good conversation with Mr. [redacted], it all came down to the lack of communication and follow through. I offered to oversee this account personally and take care of the problem at no cost until they where satisfied. Mr. [redacted] felt at this time the best thing to do is give him a partial refund and cxl. this service. He will have the person in charge of his maintenance take care of the sanitation. I did a CC reversal of $250.00 and he is fine with that. He also stated once this is done he will reverse the complaints on [redacted] and the Revdex.com.

After further review of the agreement the time that was pre set was 2pm-5pm for the following dates 8/2, 8/9, 8/16. We have since reached out to Ms Guzman to go over the miscommunication and fix the time to fit their schedule.

The credit was less than I had hoped, but more than I expected from them, so we can put the matter to rest now. Thank you for your help with this matter.
