My husband and I purchased a house in Panama City, Florida which needed a new roofAfter getting quotes from different roofing companies, I went with Jerry Wilson's Roofing because they were recommended by a relative and they offered the best price I asked them if they could replace the roof in a week as we were headed back to Colorado and would like to see the roof replaced before we left They rearranged their schedule to accommodate our requestThey started working on the roof on Oct 14, at 6:a.mand got it done before pm It was a pleasure dealing with Ryan [redacted] and Tommy They were both very professional and accommodating I asked them to do a few other things and they never charged us They did an excellent job with the roof They cleaned up the debris and left the place in immaculate conditionThis was the best customer service I have ever received To the whole crew who worked on our roof, thank you so much for a job well done!
This review is for the installation of a complete roof (shingles) onto my house Price: Very competitive and gave the best value of all of the estimates I had Others may have been a little cheaper or even a little more expensive but did not have the year workmanship warranty or better underlayment (some did) or included an extended amount of eaves or trim repair (I did have a fair amount of eaves that needed repair) Workmanship: Outstanding (so far)Shingles and metal eaves trim were installed precisely and quickly (the job was actually competed in one day, he basically brings an army of roofers and they all know what they are doing)Damaged or rotted eaves, trim and sheathing that were identified both before and during the installation of roof were professionally repaired Note: The roof was installed in early December, since then there has been some heavy rains and the roof has not leaked!!! (so far so good) Reliability: Impressive One of my garage door windows and the decorative insert panel for that one window (the door has windows) got broken out during the roof installation He took care of the repair bill for the one new window glass and a complete set of decorative panel inserts for all of the door windows (he insured the garage door windows were professionally repaired and not in a cheap way) Communication: Acceptable (needs to be a lot better) Sometimes he is hard to get ahold and most of the time does not call back when you leave a message (my experience) but ultimately does communicate and did take care of questions, concerns or problems
