A technician from this business made service visits to our home as part of a warranty refrigerator repairThis business is Frigidaire's only authorized service technician in our regionOur new refrigerator had never cooled properlyOn the 1st visit, he inspected the fridge and determined that it needed a new boardThere was also a service bulletin on the cooling tower of this new refrigeratorHe ordered the parts & would return to install themWe were already a bit wary of the technician after we heard him outside muttering and laughing to himself through our windowBut when the parts arrived, he returned to install themThe next day, the refrigerator was still not cooling properly, so I called their officeThey told me they had closed our case & we would have to call FrigidaireFrigidaire informed me that if it was the next day and we were still having issues with the refrigerator that he should have just come back without making me call themClearly, the technician did not want to come backThis was apparent on his next visitHe was surly from the outsetHe measured the temperatures in the refrigerator and freezer and said they were fineMy young adult daughter simply tried to impress upon him that our milk was still warm to the taste, that our food was spoiling quickly, and that there was no discernible improvement in the operation of the refrigeratorThe technician rudely and aggressively interrupted herHe didn't want to hear anythingIn fact his exact words were "I'm gonna tell you how it's gonna be!!" He then stormed out of our home with no explanationHis behavior was completely unprofessionalHe had the nerve to report to Frigidaire that we were rudeThis is simply not trueWe were in no way abusive to himHe apparently doesn't have the proper customer service skills to deal with a petite young woman who is simply frustrated that her refrigerator didn't workbut who said nothing out of line to himIncidentally, two properly calibrated and brand new refrigerator thermometers showed that the temp in the fridge was degrees or more -- well in the range for food contaminationA subsequent technician had to add coolant and found that the fridge was not drawing proper amperageWhy did it need coolant if it was cooling properly when Jerry's was there? An [redacted] technical advisor on the phone also later said the refrigerator was not cooling properlyThe technician from Jerry's never checked the coolant, never checked the amperage, & never checked thermistorsMoreover, he was surly, rude, and completely unprofessional
